Topmax Training College, headquartered in Nairobi – Embakasi Pipeline, Outering Road, Total Petrol Station Building (Opp. Pipeline Stage), offers training in: School of Health Sciences, School of Business, School of ICT and Engineering, School of Hospitality and Languages, School of Beauty and Hairdressing, School of Fashion Design, School of Social Sciences, and Driving School.

Accredited by TVETA, Fully Registered and Recognized by the Ministry of Education, Science and Technology.

Due to rapid growth, the college seeks to recruit qualified, self-driven, and competent individuals to fill the following positions:

AVAILABLE POSITIONS

I. College Principal 

1 Position
Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field (Master’s an added advantage)
• Minimum 5 years progressive leadership experience in a TVET or educational institution

II. Principal – School of Nursing 

1 Position

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BScN)
• Valid NCK practicing license
• Minimum 3 years teaching or supervisory experience

III. Customer Service / Front Office

2 Positions

• Diploma/Certificate in Secretarial Studies, Front Office, or Office Administration

IV. Office Assistants

2 Positions

• Diploma/Certificate in Secretarial Studies, Front Office, or Office Administration

V. Marketing Officers

2 Positions

• Diploma/Degree in Marketing or related field
• Minimum 1 year experience in marketing or teaching
• Ability to meet student recruitment targets

VI. Cleaner 

1 Position

• Experience in cleaning and sanitation
• Good hygiene practices

VII. Cook 

1 Position

• Certificate in Food Production or related field
• Experience in institutional catering

VIII. Lecturer  Electrical Engineering

2 Positions

• Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering
• At least 1 year teaching or industrial experience
• TVET Trainer qualification is an added advantage

IX. Lecturer – Land Survey

1 Position
X. Lecturer – Water Engineering

1 Position
XI. Lecturer – Agriculture

XII. Lecturer – Civil Engineering

XIII. Lecturer – Food and Beverages / Catering and Accommodation

(For Lecturer positions : Diploma/Degree in relevant field required. TVET Trainer qualification is an added advantage. Minimum 1 year teaching or industrial experience preferred.)

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

• Must be an unemployed Kenyan citizen with a Degree or Diploma in the relevant field
• Cover letter expressing interest and the position applied for
• Academic certificates, National ID, and updated CV including three professional referees (with phone and email)
