Retail Management Solutions (RMS) is seeking reliable and customer-focused General Attendants to join our client’s supermarket teams. As a general attendant, you will play a vital role in delivering excellent customer service, maintaining clean and organized aisles, and supporting overall store operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with inquiries and directions in-store
- Restock shelves and display areas
- Ensure store aisles and displays remain clean and tidy
- Support in unpacking deliveries and sorting products
- Assist at checkout counters if required
- Observe store policies and customer service standards
- Report any stock or safety issues to supervisors
Requirements
- KCSE Certificate or equivalent
- Friendly and professional demeanor
- Basic communication skills in English and Kiswahili
- Physically fit and able to stand for long periods
- Team player with a strong work ethic
- Previous retail experience is an added advantage
